All services billed by Assistance needed and hourly:
Limited Assistance: $30.00Hr (Independent requiring reminders and cues)
Moderate Assistance: $52.00Hr (Weight bearing assistance with Transfers and ADLs)
Extensive/ Total: $75.00Hr (Total care/ Hoyer)
Wound Care (Client): $15.00 Initial/ $5.00 additional wound
Wound Care (non- client): $70.00 Initial/Travel/ $5.00 additional wound
Prices subject to change per Client Needs and Nurse assessment.
